Recent Reads.

This is a list of books I have read since 19th September 2003 - I don't see the point of trying to list books I've read in the past - once because memory fades and my comments may be less than accurate, and two, cos it would take forever!!!!

Title :	The Street Lawyer
Author :	John Grisham

Comments :	Another book by Grisham that makes itself into a real page turner. I read this one in less than a day, from cover to cover, and I didn't catch myself scanning past things as I occasionally do - well worth the time it'll take to read, with a smattering of the law, as usual from Grisham, but also a little social lecturing.... And don't assume that's a bad thing - it's a lecture a lot of us could do with hearing....

Title :	Into The Garden (The Wildflower series)
Author :	Virgina Andrews

Comments :	I appreciate that the main expected audience for books by Virginia Andrews tends to be female, but I remembered reading "Flowers In The Attic" when I was about 15, and immediately reading the other 3 in the series. This book was not a disappointment, but neither was it a revelation. Enjoyable reading, I read it over several days, and have to admit to a little page scanning, something that doesn't happen when I REALLY enjoy a book. On top of this, it turns out that this is the second in a series... I will probably get around to reading the first and later books, but it isn't a massive priority - read into that what you will.
